2. The elevator can be installed up to a maximum of 10 meters from the building. Preferably as close to the facade as possible for stability reasons.
3. The object(s) to be moved must fit through the window/balcony door.
4. No tall objects in front of the windows or balcony (lampposts, trees, tram lighting lines, advertising signs, etc.)
5. The moving lift is always accompanied by one professional mover who also operates the lift. For large items, it is advisable to hire an extra mover, though you are of course welcome to help out yourself.
6. The lift cannot be installed on a soft surface such as grass, sand, or soil.
